Your main responsibilities

• Lead the Management Reporting Consolidation process of existing and future Legal Entities and Reconciliation with the IFRS Consolidated Statements
  
• Lead the redesign of Intercompany Transactions Mapping and Consolidation process by close collaboration with Sani/Ikos Controllers, the Operations Teams, Accounting and Legal functions
  
• Involvement in the Budget and Forecasting cycles in relation to Intercompany transactions
  
• Contribute to the Automation and Process Transformation Initiatives for Management Reporting and Budgeting tools
  
• Support in developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls by having close collaboration with other Finance functions
  
• Ensure accuracy, quality control and integrity of financial transactions and reporting
  
• Participate or lead process transformation projects
  
• Provide regular and ad hoc analysis and financial reports according to management’s requirements

• University degree in Accounting or Economics
• MSc in Accounting and/or professional qualification (ACCA, IESOEL) would be a plus
• 6-8 years of relevant work experience and hands-on exposure (Ideally Experience in Big4 and then industry application)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel / PowerPoint
• Fluency in English (verbal and written)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Business acumen, result orientation, integrity, and trust
• Very good knowledge of Entersoft or other ERP would be a plus
