ICAP Executive Search, on behalf of its client, a prominent global consulting leader in Talent and Rewards strategy, is looking for a driven candidate for the position of the Senior HR Consultant.

                                                Senior Consultant, Rewards & Talent (6331/SHC/ESS/GR)

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage the execution of Rewards and HR consulting projects and their delivery in line with strategic direction
• Develop expertise in one practice area and contribute to the development of intellectual capital
• Independently facilitate client meetings and act as a trusted advisor to clients
• Delegate assignments to junior level colleagues and review output for alignment with pro-ject needs
• Identify new business opportunities with new or existing clients and meet personal utiliza-tion/ billing targets and sales goals
• Lead the development of client ready reports, with minimal guidance and deliver work within established budgets and deadlines
• Develop proposal and sell work to clients, typically in partnership with more senior con-sultants

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

• Work experience within the environment of a big Consulting firm in compensation & bene-fits/ rewards field
• Advanced skills in using the MS Office product suite (Excel, Power-point, Outlook) and flu-ency in English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport easily and maintain relationships
• A high level of mathematical and numerical acumen along with the ability to analyze, mod-el and interpret data
• Ability to work well with several teams and different stakeholders, but also autonomously
• Organizational and time management capability
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
