Data Migration Analyst

ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, one of Greece’s top industrial companies with a strong international presence, is searching for a Data Migration Analyst, based in Athens.

The job holder will support the company’s transformation of Finance IT systems and implementation of a common Finance ERP system, directly reporting to the Project Manager.
Workplace Location: Company’s HQ at Marousi
Working Days and Hours: Monday to Friday, morning hours

Main responsibilities:
The successful candidate will :

• Lead and support data assessment and mapping activities, and architect the underlying migration framework to extract, transform, validate, enrich, cleanse and load the legacy source data
• Coordinate Business Process Improvement and Process Integration
• Maintain data integrity of primary platforms, troubleshoot problems, and ensure accuracy
• Provide guidance on the use of technology platform and tools to perform profiling and migration of legacy data ensuring high level of data quality
• Coordinate with stakeholders and data owners
• Consolidate and document feedback on platform functionality, reporting, and change requests

• Previous working experience in Technology transformations, migration work, technology advisory, experience as Key User in transformation projects
• BSc degree in Business administration, Finance, Accounting or relevant fields
• Exposure with ERP Systems (preferably SAP)
• Advanced use of Excel and dynamic tables
• Excellent command of the English Language (both written & oral)
• Very good knowledge and understanding of Accounting procedures
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication competences with the ability to communicate complex messages
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for finding unconventional solutions and ideas
