Skyserv Ground Handling Services is
looking for an experienced and dedicated Commercial Officer to support and
enhance our commercial operations, client relationships, and market
positioning. The Commercial Officer plays a key role in maintaining and developing
strong airline partnerships, supporting the preparation of commercial proposals
and contracts, and ensuring that all commercial activities align with company
objectives.
We are looking for someone proactive, with
strong communication and analytical skills, to fill this role.
Duties and responsibilities
- Support the preparation and submission of commercial
offers, proposals, and tender documentation
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with airline
clients and key partners
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to
identify new business opportunities
- Assist in contract negotiations and ensure all
agreements comply with company policies and client requirements
- Monitor the implementation of commercial agreements
and ensure service levels and pricing terms are met
- Collaborate with internal departments (Operations,
Legal, Finance, etc.) to align commercial strategies with operational
capabilities
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of contracts,
pricing structures, and commercial correspondence
- Generate regular reports and performance analysis to
support decision-making and improve commercial performance
- Participate in client meetings, industry events, and
commercial presentations as required
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of
commercial processes and customer satisfaction
Requirements and skills
- 3+ years of
experience in aviation or commercial or business development role
- Strong
negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain
client relationships
- Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to
multitask, prioritize daily workload and meet strict deadlines.
- Flexibility to travel for client meetings or business
development activities if needed.
- Fluency in Greek and English.
- Managerial
skills.
- Motivated and goal oriented.
