As a Trade Marketing Assistant in this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Prepare and send promo activity memo to customers
- Update customer’s calendar promo plan
- Inform sales team of the scheduled visibility plan per activity on each retailer and category outlet
- Update and send monthly promo report to sales and marketing team
- Prepare the monthly competition report
- Prepare the weekly and monthly price reports
- Update the listing opportunities file report per sales representative and customer
- Communicate commercial policy internally and to customers
- Prepare the attached documents for customers to activate new products / gift packs
- Update customers characteristics: product distribution, outlet categorization
- Support sales reps with agreements
