The position:
Requires an executive with a firm interest in research, and ease in oral and written communication. It is an active role which, by nature, requires zero tolerance for mistakes and a love for detail!
  •  Preparation and implementation of SOPs and work instructions in line with company /Group policies and legislative requirements on regulatory and QA related fields
  •  Monitoring of pharmaceutical legislation and EMA practices and trends
  •  Maintenance of existing registrations (variations, renewals), maintenance of regulatory data-bases
  •  Participates in preparing regulatory strategy and rationales
  •  Close collaboration with company management for evaluation of new products


The candidate:
Easily approachable and communicates well, is very meticulously organized, and highly resilient and used to work under inelastic lead-times.
  •  University degree in pharmacy, chemistry, human medicine and other life science studies, or comparable scientific qualification and training
  •  Demonstrable experience in regulatory affairs within the pharmaceutical sector, preferably in non-EU
  •  Knowledge and practical understanding of EU and non-EU pharmaceutical legislation
  •  Appreciated: regulatory procedures for accessing the market, pharmacovigilance, registration issues, and reimbursement
  •  Good presentation and persuasive communication skills
  •  Very good knowledge of MS Office, IT knowledge (relevant database systems, e-CDT)
  •  Fluent in Greek and English (speaking, reading and writing), other languages will be considered as an asset
