Indirect Sales Accounts Manager – Athens
The role will Responsible for the development of the sales network, day-to-day indirect sales activities, with regards to the acquisition, management of Residential and SME Customers for the LP and LV customer segment, in accordance with guidelines provided by the Sales Director, company standards, policies and procedures, through the coordination and supervision of cooperating third parties (Sales Partners including Retail Sales Outlets and Call Centers).
This key strategic role is responsible for long term development actions and key planning processes in the allocated region.
Responsibilities:
•Coordinates with” and “Reports to” the Sales Manager
- Directly reports to the Indirect Sales Manager, via regular and ad-hoc reporting.
- Develops a new sales network in the specific region.
- Develops and deploys plans to increase Indirect Sales Forces performance, in coordination with the Indirect Sales Manager.
• Achieves the Targets for the Sales Channels Assigned to him/her
- Implements sales strategy through indirect sales channels via Sales Partners.
- Pursues and achieves Indirect Sales Forces Function’s targets, optimizing the allocation of assigned resources.
- Participates with all necessary inputs in the company’s budget formulation.
- Develops plans for key indirect sales prospects and identifies new sales opportunities within existing clientele.
- Develops plans for the indirect sales channels continuous production enhancement and optimization.
- Monitors sales statistics and reports.
- Responsible for providing continuous support to all Sales Partners Call Centres, both regarding pre-sales, as well as after-sales stages, including the provision of guidelines and directions, motivation and performance assessment.
- Supervises and monitors the preparation of full documentation “packages” during customer acquisition (from sales to final contract signing) by Agent’s network.
- Interfaces with the Marketing, Pricing & Portfolio Management Function with regards to the provision of information related to competition activity.
- Interfaces with the appropriate Function of the Customer Operations Department (Activation & Customer Care, Metering & Billing, Collection, Dunning & Termination), with regards to the effective management of customer complaints/requests.
