Hotel Manager / General Manager
Responsibilities:

Interviews, trains and schedules the staff, as well as conducts performance evaluations and disciplines staff when needed.

Resolves guest concerns and interacts with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.

Review daily arrivals and departure to ensure proper handling of VIP and return guests, and escort them to or from their rooms respectively

Assures that all financial and credit procedures are followed; coordinates arrivals, departures and billing requirements

Resolves customer complaints from all areas of the hotel

Managing profitability and budget allocation

Managing all property’s departments and areas

Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to all hotel’s departments according to our operations standards

Maximizing financial returns

Creating and maintaining a unique guest experience

A hands-on operations management approach

Computer literacy with knowledge of a variety of computer software applications.

Establishing performance and development goals, mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to enhance performance and ensure future bench strength

Preparing annual capital and cash flow to accurately forecast budgets to achieve required operating results
