As a Planning Supervisor you will have to:

• Supervise requirements' planning for all departments, divisions in order equipment and personnel to be fully utilised
• Plan raw materials, set out raw materials safety stock and keep safe material resources planning smooth flow
• Take ownership of material planning issues that arise, including over or under delivery and take any follow up actions especially in the event of material shortages that affect production
• Set schedule for project or development and flow of requisite materials
• Coordinate, track and create order for raw materials
• Plan, execute and confirm raw material order from suppliers
• Report on material and production planning
• Supervise a team 

The ideal candidate for the position of Planning Supervisor, should have:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• MSc will be considered as a plus
• Working experience in relevant position of minimum 5 years, within an industrial environment
• Excellent knowledge of production planning process
• Fluency in English
• Quality control and financial concepts knowledge recommended
• Excellent computer skills (knowledge of SAP is desirable)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Commercial and financial acumen
• Results orientation
• Excellent time management skills
• Proven analytical, planning and problem solving skills
