Business Development Manager

Reputable worldwide eyewear and jewelry fashion brand, is looking to recruit a highly motivated young girl for the position of Business Development Manager.

Responsibilities: 

• Launching business operations in Greece and Cyprus 
• Keeping communication with company administration and accounting 
• Strengthening business relationship with partners and developing new ones mainly by phone, email and social networks 
• Sales and promotion 
• Evaluate and explore marketing strategies 
• Hire and lead new sales representatives in Greece 
• Maintaining communication with existing agents and distributors in Europe and setup new agents/distributors collaborations 
• Developing the institutional business of the company, based on targets set by the Senior Management 
• Organize and attend worldwide eyewear shows 
• Seeking for new brand ambassadors to represent the brand identity 
• Travelling abroad when required 

Required skills and qualities: 

• Charisma, eccentricity, personality to represent brand style and increase awareness 
• Bright attitude
• Wide degree of creativity and atitude is expected 
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Greek (French/Italian/Spanish will be considered as an advantage) 
• Excellent organization and communication skills 
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office and general computer skills 
• Reliable and trustful to judge and accomplish challenging tasks and goals 
• Good experience and skills with company administration and accounting 
• Experience with sales and event planning 
• Understanding business development 
• Abilities to engage in business conversations 
• Strong interpersonal skills 
• Leadership skills to direct and lead work of others, interface with external agents and distributors 
• Ability if required in other countries worldwide for some period of time (mostly in Europe and USA - Los Angeles and NY).
