The Client:
ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a multinational company, specialises in Medical Devices, is searching for its premises in North Suburbs an ambitious and detail-oriented HR Administrator who will play a pivotal role in different HR functions and more specifically in HR Processes.

Job Description:
The Job Holder will:
• Organize and maintain personnel records
• Update internal HR Databases
• Support fully in administrative tasks to all employees
• Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
• Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
• Filling and archiving

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

• At least 1 year of proven work experience as an HR Administrator or a well-rounded person who has completed an Internship in Hr Department as an Hr Administrator
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Recourses Management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong Business Understanding and Technical Aptitude
• Excellent team-player, passionate, results-oriented, adaptable, tenacious
• Advanced Knowledge of English (both verbally and written)
• Good Knowledge of MS Office
