We are looking for a passionate and ambitious candidate, who is a great communicator and has an eye for detail, to cover the position of Junior Lawyer (JL.01) as part of our Team in Kavalari - Thessaloniki.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Experience: 2 to 5 years
• Strong organization skills, attention to detail, ability to balance multiple tasks, fast- paced action, maintain confidentiality, ability to work independently as well as with a team.
• Flexibility
• Knowledge of Corporate Law, Commercial Contracts and Labor Law will be an added advantage.
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Driver’s License
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Negotiating and drafting legal agreements, and commercial contracts
• Manage the entire statutory records of the company.
• Company incorporation work and regulatory compliance, for mother company as well as subsidiary companies
• Litigation before courts.
• Liaising with all legal and government authorities (labour, tax office...etc.) to help the company resolve matters.
• Liaising with external consultants.
• Advising the management on the various contracts, legal & secretarial matters.
