Περιγραφή

Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, an international well-known Pharmaceutical company for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:

Customer Service Specialist (6-month contract)
Part-Time


Job Description

• Executes all day to day activities regarding customer order management (order taking, processing, billing, returns)
• Handles and processes complaints (technical product and logistical complaints)
• Coordinates delivery of products to customers
• Prepares, reports and reviews local customer service related KPIs
• Day to day coordination of 3PL

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

• University degree in Accounting/Business Administration/Finance is an advantage
• At least (2) two years of relevant working experience in supply chain and/or customer service functions, preferably within pharmaceutical or FMCG industries
• Excellent command of the English language
• PC literate
• Experienced user of SAP will be an asset
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Broad understanding of end to end supply chain processes
• Good communication and analytical skills
