The key responsibilities for this HR Assistant position, include:
  • ensuring smooth HR operations by managing employee data and records in SAP SuccessFactors, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
  • assisting in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and programs to support a positive employee experience.
  • coordinating recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination
  • supporting employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless transition
  • handling employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters
  • collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives and projects

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

The requirements for this HR Assistant role are:

  • at least 2 years of proven experience as an HR Administrator or HR Assistant, with a strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
  • bachelor's degree
  • excellent MS Office skills
  • excellent written and oral communication skills of the Greek and English language


Skills:

  • excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • strong communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interactions with employees and stakeholders
  • ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
