Caesars Gardens Hotel & Spa in Rhodes, Greece is hiring a Waiter/Waitress &/OR a BarTender  for the upcoming summer season.

Candidate Profile & Responsibilities

• Excellent communication and organizational skills 
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and guest oriented 
• Well-groomed with strong interpersonal skills 
• Provide information and guidance services for a wide variety of Guest enquiries 
• Provide an outstanding guest experience and maintain and deliver consistent standards

• Certificate in Tourism Studies 
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in a 4 *, 5 *, boutique hotel or fine dining restaurant
• Fluent level of spoken English is essential and another language is advantageous 
• Work on own initiative. Passion for the hotel industry
• Empathetic and ability to deliver creative solutions
