Your main responsibilities
- Manage F&B day to day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
- Identify guests’ needs and respond proactively to each one
- Assist in leading the F&B team by attracting, recruiting and training personnel
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Report to the F&B Manager regarding staff productivity and guests’ satisfaction or any other operational issues
