Our client is looking for team members for new projects in Athens as a Customer Service Representative, Technical Support Associate or Content Moderator. You will work with the latest technologies at newly built modern offices. The jobs are in central Athens.
Responsibilities
- Generating sales leads that develop into new customers
- Identifying & assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
For Content Moderator only;
- Understand client policies and guidelines & make decision by applying them
- Review user reports regarding website content
