Digital Marketing Analyst
(One Year Initial Contract)

Job Description
• Facilitates data collection and content generation by liaising with internal teams, stakeholders and other organizations
• Builds strong trust relationships with key stakeholders.
• Updates and maintains digital marketing department's documentation and databases
• Supports the extraction, analysis and interpretation of statistical data of Digital Marketing’s digital portfolio and production of regular reports
• Attends appropriate meetings along with members of the team and prepares accurate notes of outcomes and follows up activity as required
• Continually analyzes and challenges the services provided and the way they are provided by the department and recommend improvements.
• Analyzes web analytics data and suggests recommendations to improve Pfizer official website and portal
• Leads the creation of customer profiling and suggests business recommendations based on customers journey and preferences

Candidate Profile
• University degree in Marketing or related field
• One (1) to three (3) years of experience is preferred
• Experience of web development methodologies, processes and procedures
• Sound understanding of marketing principles
• Computer proficient with Microsoft Office (esp. Excel)
• Hands on experience of web analytics (Adobe or Google Analytics will be considered a plus)
• Experience in end-to-end customer journey projects
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English with strong communication skills
• High level of motivation, with flexibility and personal commitment
• Strong analytical skills
• Good negotiating and influencing skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers
• Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to present complex data and arguments in a way that is accessible to everyone
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience of working a virtual environment would be advantageous
