Περιγραφή

Company based in Thessaloniki Greece in the field of retail and wholesale trade is looking for a qualified and experienced Chief Marketing Manager for its senior position tojoin, lead and transform our marketing department. He / She will serve as a key leader within the marketing team,working directly with the CEO to articulate,craft and drive the brand strategies and marketing programs for the brand and product portfolio. S/he will lead a team of strategists and marketers focused on driving consumer engagement across all commercial channels, including ecommerce, direct-to-consumer, and wholesale. She / he will be called to implement marketing strategies in our multichannel environment.

The Ideal Candidate for the Position Should
• Design, build and maintain our marketing plan
• Apply all the digital and mobile marketing strategies
• Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
• Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare budget
• Conduct weekly and monthly reports on sales and web analytics
• Monitor closely the competition
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategy
• Monitor site performances and propose continuous improvements along key metrics such as traffic, customer acquisition & retention, conversion, order value, returns and cancellations.
• Coordinate the weekly and seasonal product upload schedule ensuring that all products are correctly displayed onsite.
• Work effectively with key website 3rd party partnerships
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

 

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

• BA / BS degree in marketing, software engineering, electrical engineering and computer science, computer information science, economics, management, mathematics, business analytics or other closely related field
• MSc / MBA in marketing management, digital and mobile marketingor other closely related field
• Proven working experience in marketing management positions for at least threeto five years
• Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
• Analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Preferable age for the candidates from 28 years of age until the 38th year approximately
• Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google and WebTrends).
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
• Manage people for result and improve their development
• Motivate digital marketing team to achieve goals
• Provide leadership and directions to the whole team where appropriate
