As a Technical Εngineer Advisor, in this role, your main responsibilities will be the following:
- Direct Telephone Help Desk Support (Professional Customers)
- Handling customer complaints or any major incidents by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Provide through digital tools, accurate, valid and complete technical information according to customer requests
- Regular training and updates in all products and services offer
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Redirects issues beyond scope to relevant departments and follows-up both internally and with customers
- Identifies proper product usage and suggest corresponding devices and techniques
- Solves customer issues by following written instructions and procedures and conveying them to the customer
- Investigating and providing solutions to customers inquiries with high level of complexity
