Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a seasonal team across all
departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Spa, Maintenance, and
Experiences).
- Oversee daily operations to ensure a seamless guest journey
consistent with PortoPlatanias
philosophy of excellence.
- Collaborate with ownership and senior management on brand
standards&guest experience design
- Supervise recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of
operational staff.
- Uphold exceptional standards of service, cleanliness, and
presentation throughout the property.
- Manage operational costs, and supplier relations with
efficiency and integrity.
- Personally handle guest relations and special requests from a
discerning international clientele, ensuring privacy, warmth, and
discretion.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
- Experience in luxury or upper upscale hospitality, ideally
within boutique resorts or island destinations.
- Proven leadership with a hands-on, guest-centric approach.
- In-depth understanding of personalized service and the
expectations of high-net-worth guests.
- Fluency in Greek and English (additional languages are an
advantage).
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving
skills.
- Availability to commence in December 2025 for the pre-season
phase.
