Reservation Agent

What you’ll do:
You will handle all inquiries for reservations by converting as many of these cases as possible into confirmed reservations achieving maximum sales satisfaction. In brief:
- Know the type of rooms available as well as their location and layout
- Know the selling status, rates, and benefits of all packages plans
- Communicate reservations, cancellations and modifications information to the front desk
- Process advance deposits on reservations
- Handle daily correspondence and make sure that files are kept up to date
