Περιγραφή

Our Company is a fast-growing Real Estate Agency & Advisory Company, located in Athens Centre. We provide our clients with comprehensive Real Estate and Property management consulting services in all areas of commercial property (office, industrial, retail, mixed use, leisure & hotels, land with development potential) and residential exquisite properties & holiday homes.

We are looking for a competent Secretary to support the day-to-day business in our company. You will be the one to organize and maintain the agent’s schedule and assist them by performing a variety of administrative tasks. The goal is to contribute to the efficiency of the overall business by ensuring all assigned administrative duties are carried on timely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain agent’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, meetings, conferences etc.
  • Assisting in data entry of our properties
  • Attend meetings and keep minutes
  • Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally
  • Organize internal and external events
  • Handle incoming emails, mail and other material
  • Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping
  • Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders
  • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
  • Maintenance company web site and social media accounts

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and business communication software
  • Methodical thinker with detailed research proficiencies.
  • Thorough understanding of clerical and secretarial principles.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Brilliant written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Integrity and confidentiality
  • Average but proven knowledge of supporting company’s social media accounts (facebook, Instagram, Linkedin)
  • Proficient in spelling, punctuation, grammar and other English language skills  
  • Desirable but not a condition: 3 years of experience in similar duties of a large and organized company
