Area Sales Manager (Spanish Speaker)

Your main responsibilities:

• Maintaining and increasing sales of company products
• Reaching the targets and goals set for the area of responsibility
• Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer network
• Servicing requests and handling complaints of existing customers
• Maintaining and updating approved price lists
• Monitoring credit and pricing policies
• Compiling and analysing sales figures
• Keeping up to date with products and competitors
• Identifying Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
• Conducting market research to create strategic plans
• Reporting to senior management
• Participating in International Exhibitions
• Recruiting and training sales staff
• Monitoring team performance and motivating to reach targets

• Work experience of minimum 5 years in a similar position (preferably in chemical sector)
• Studies in Business Administration or similar field
• Excellent knowledge of English and Spanish
• Excellent knowledge of French would be considered as an asset
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Good planning and organisational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to motivate and lead a team
• Good IT, budget and report writing skills
• Availability to travel
