Construction Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Site Construction Manager to lead a prestigious, high-end residential development in Corfu.

This role offers a unique opportunity to oversee complex civil works and premium architectural finishes, ensuring that every detail meets the highest standards of luxury and craftsmanship.

As a Site Construction Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Oversee the daily activities and progress of civil works projects, ensuring the smooth execution of all tasks.
• Review network plans and provide guidance on their implementation.
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate their efforts to ensure project timelines and quality standards.
• Handle logistics, including managing supplies of materials, machines, and equipment.
• Assess potential project risks and evaluate materials and costs to keep the project on track.
• Ensure compliance with relevant permits, safety regulations, and company guidelines.
• Prepare and submit technical files and documentation as required by the project.

For the Site Construction Manager position, you need to have:  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• min 5 years of experience in a similar position, in construction site management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD.
• Strong ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changi
