About Us: We are a German-Greek Real Estate Consulting Company promoting properties on the Cyclades. Since 2014, Errikos Kohls Immobilien Consulting, is operating a Branch Office on the central Square of Naoussa, Paros.
As our activities are continuously expanding, we are searching for an additional team member who can support our activities on Paros on an employment basis as per 01.05.2019. We intend to recruit a properly educated person with advanced administration skills and team work spirit who would be supporting our office on Paros.
Main responsibilities:
- Reception desk: Hosting of customers in the office (buyers/sellers)
- Supporting the Online Request Management Process (emailing/calling)
- Assisting in marketing: Text editing for descriptions of houses for sale, translation of texts, data entry
- Administration work: Follow-up of customer requests, dispatching of mailings, electronic document filing, appointment management
Working hours: 40 hours/week, Monday till Saturday
Duration of Contract: 4 months (with possibility of extension)
Starting Date: 1.5.2019
