As a Customer Care Manager and a passionate leader for your team, you will be responsible for:
- leading and motivating a team of hardworking, enthusiastic customer service specialists
- ensuring team’s engagement and commitment during the high fast-paced daily routine
- evaluating employee's performance and identify training needs and development opportunities
- identifying opportunities and make suggestions in order to improve the overall effectiveness and performance of the team
- providing guidance and ongoing mentoring to the customer care team
- monitoring all KPI's by keeping the SLA's at the highest quality
- supervising and supporting the outsourcing call center based abroad
- proposing new innovative strategies to improve the customer care and satisfaction with respect to company's values
