Περιγραφή

Mavrogenis Group established in Thessaloniki 30 years ago, has offices in Athens, Thessaloniki, Turkey while operates in others countries. The Group is authorized distributor of MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC and a distributor of ΑUX and SKYWORTH air conditioners.
The Group created also the brand fluo that has a variety of high-tech products such as smartphones, tablets, mobile accessories and air conditions and is developed fast in Greece and also abroad.

In the framework of our rapid growth we seek to employ an:

Import & Export Coordinator

Location: Athens

Responsibilities
  • Effectively manages the movement and shipping of products and spare parts in and out of the country, in accordance with the organizational policy and in compliance with the relevant local and international laws
  • Selects the best and cost-effective methods of shipping, by taking into consideration weights, sizes, values and quality standards
  • Constantly communicates with relevant third parties to ensure on-time stock availability
  • Prepares all the necessary documentation for the efficient and lawful execution of import/export activities and insurance provisions
  • Follows the existing and seeks updated import/export laws and procedures regarding custom clearance, tariffs, duties, licenses and restrictions
  • Implements import/export strategy and action plans

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

General Requirements
  • BSc level of education is a must, ideally in Business Administration, Logistics or Economics
  • MSc in Logistics or Finance will be highly appreciated
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a similar role, in commercial companies with import-export activities from/to non-EU countries
  • Exceptional use of English; Knowledge of more languages will be highly appreciated
  • Experience in handling custom clearance authorities and forwarding agents
  • Excellent PC Skills and experience in the use of ERP (preferably Entersoft) are essential
