Import & Export Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Effectively manages the movement and shipping of products and spare parts in and out of the country, in accordance with the organizational policy and in compliance with the relevant local and international laws
- Selects the best and cost-effective methods of shipping, by taking into consideration weights, sizes, values and quality standards
- Constantly communicates with relevant third parties to ensure on-time stock availability
- Prepares all the necessary documentation for the efficient and lawful execution of import/export activities and insurance provisions
- Follows the existing and seeks updated import/export laws and procedures regarding custom clearance, tariffs, duties, licenses and restrictions
- Implements import/export strategy and action plans
