Περιγραφή

Project Management Company is seeking a contract manager with experience in contract interpretation and litigation support for a Design &Build project. The candidate will provide contractual oversight, including schedule delays, cost and time impacts.

Purpose of the Role:

  • The supervision of the contract management process, as well as the document control and management, throughout the contract management lifecycle.
  • Close collaboration with the Client’s Legal Department, the Project Construction Office Team, the Site Managers and all parties involved in the Project to plan, organize, manage and deliver the project from the design stage to construction completion, focusing on quality, time and cost targets. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizing the contract management activities.
  • Drafting, interpretation and application of contract documents in cooperation with the Client’s local and international Legal Departments. Drafting contractual terms and provisions based on the Client’s specifications, Senior Management input and Project’s expectations and needs.
  • Contract management planning and scheduling. Ensuring that contracts and proposals are properly filed and maintained, in compliance with deadlines and deliverables set.
  • Conduct of contractual correspondence, contract claims, and disputes, support of legal issues.
  • Formulating and issuing progress reports.
  • Issuing sign-off documents and certificates of partial / interim or full completion of the contracts’ scope of works. 

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or Business Administration with more than 3 year experience as a Contract Manager in the field of constructions.
  • Strong verbal and writing skills in English and Greek languages.
  • Ability to analyse complex issues, draw conclusions, propose and implement necessary and appropriate solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation and communications skills.
  • Computer literate. Experience: The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 3 years’ experience in large scale international private projects.
