Junior IT Support

Your responsibilities will include:

● End user desktop and IT support, resolving problems in a timely manner to the internal stakeholder’s requirements
● Creating new users and IT policies/permissions for all systems
● Maintaining permissions/access to all systems, software and hardware for current staff and leavers
● Windows server/Active Directory administration
● Monitoring and maintaining in-house IP-Telephony system
● Maintain Google G-Suite
● Building workstations and creating an SOE
● Modifying configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation
● Maintaining documentation and registers of internal procedures, network inventory, hardware and software assets
● Maintaining communications services including email, internet access, mobile phones of active users


The Junior IT Support we are looking for has:

● Qualifications in IT Support or Network Security
● Proven ability to set up and configure server/desktop hardware
● Experience with MacOS and Windows
● Experience with cloud service platform (Google)
● Excellent troubleshooting skills, solutions focused, strong time management and attention to detail
● Knowledge and experience in IP-Telephony system is desirable
● Willingness to learn, grow and expand their skill set and knowledge
