Your responsibilities:

  • Work closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position
  • Creating, managing and posting of job ads via different recruitment channels and social media platforms
  • Active sourcing of potential candidates on professional networks and social media
  • Schedule and conduct applicant interviews in an efficient and professional manner as well as coordination of the recruitment process
  • Contributing to a positive candidate journey through timely and friendly communication
  • Creating talent pipelines for current and future hires
  • Managing our existing talent pipeline through our HR system

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Required Skills, Education, Knowledge and Experience:
  • A university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field of study (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience
  • You enjoy communicating and you have excellent command of English, both in writing and in verbal communication.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn recruiting tools and active sourcing
  • Good organizing skills and ability to prioritize task and manage your time effectively
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (esp. MS Outlook, MS Teams, MS Excel)
  • You are interested in the IT industry and its current trends and topics

Nice-To-Have:

  • Good knowledge of German is a plus
  • First experience in IT recruiting would be beneficial
