Required Qualifications • Advanced experience in the Medical field and with minimum of 5+ years of Sales & Account management.
• Bachelor's degree from a qualified University/College preferably in a Biomedical engineering, medical physics or related sciences discipline.
• Established aptitude to be a quick analyzer and problem resolver.
• Communicate fluently in both English and Greek languages.
• Proficient PC user (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/CRM – ERP & other IT tools).
• Willingness to travel.
• EU driver's license.
Desired Characteristics• A higher degree level (MSc, MA, Ph.D) in a related discipline would be considered an asset
• Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Strong influencing, interpersonal and networking skills to drive collaborative culture at all levels internally within the organization and externally
• High-level presentation skills: able to present ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact
• Self-starter able to manage time and organize and prioritize workload. Ability to multi-task effectively and manage multiple priorities at one time
• Passionate with a confident can-do attitude. Self-motivated, willing to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improve.
