Due Diligence Specialist

The Due Diligence Specialist has responsibility to prepare, manage, controlthe Due Diligence processes.

The will be split between Athens and Thessaloniki with a preferred base in Thessaloniki. This is a permanent role.

Some of the goals that this incumbent will be having are:
• Prepare a due diligence process
• Monitor a due diligence and perform regular check throughout the process
• Identify assets and liabilities in the whole due diligence process
• Enhance reporting procedures through the organization’s ERP system
• Work closely with other departments (accountancy, controlling) in order to streamline procedures
• Establish and maintain good working relationship with all stakeholders

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

• A University degree in Finance (or similar) is required. A professional qualification (ACCA or IESOEL) or a master’s Degree will be considered a strong asset.
• Up to 3years of relevant work experience
• Very Good knowledge of Merges & Acquisitions procedures and/or extended experience in Auditing company.
• Capability of identifying assets and liabilities
• Experience in business ERPs (Very good knowledge of Entersoft ERP will be considered as an asset).
• Excellent knowledge of the English language (verbal and written)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
