Senior Product Manager

ManpowerGroup, on behalf of its client, a dermocosmetics and innovative healthcare products company, seeks to fill the position of a Senior Product Manager.

Job Description:

• Driving the marketing strategy to escalate brand awareness by setting long - term vision
• Analyzing customer and market data to develop product pricing and meet marketing objectives
• Implement marketing strategies and communicate goals and results effectively to the relevant participants and stakeholders
• Manage from concept, to design, sample production, testing, forecast, cost, mass production, promotion, support, and finally product end of life
• Work closely with the R&D team in order to deliver the most optimal results
• Deliver trainings to all involved departments

• Minimum 5 years of hands on marketing experience preferably in dermocosmetics
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent is required
• Master Equivalent or MBA would be an asset
• Excellent Communication, convincing and presentation skills and computer knowledge
• Candidates from Similar Industries (Cosmetics, Dermo cosmetics, Pharmacy) will be preferred
• Team player, energetic, self-motivated with an innovative solution-oriented approach

• Team leading and group dynamics skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box
