Minthis Resort is looking to recruit high-calibre and experienced Restaurant Manager. The successful candidates will supervise the service activities in the outlet aiming all times for the highest possible customer satisfaction.
Location: Minthis, Tsada
Job Responsibilities:
• To prepare the weekly rotas, ensuring adequate staffing of the restaurant at all times
• To supervise and assist the restaurant staff on a daily basis
• To have excellent understanding and product knowledge of Minthis history.
• Conduct daily briefs prior to each and every service and liaise with Chef to be aware of any special dishes.
• To regularly liaise with F&B manager and other supervisors to ensure the monthly accounts are accurate and the receipt and administration of all deliveries are up to date.
• To be responsible for the stock storage areas, ensuring they are secure, neat and clean at all times.
• To assist with weekly ordering so as to ensure that stock levels are maintained and any special order for functions etc are placed in a timely manner.
• To display a pleasant manner and positive attitude at all times and to promote a good company image to guests and colleagues.
• To advise customers on all F&B choices and ensure the restaurant staff have similar product knowledge
• To identify training needs and propose training programs in co-relation with the F & B Manager. Regularly trains subordinates to achieve highest professionalism.
• To assist with maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
• Ensure that the Minthis team is always well groomed and smart ready for work.
• To enforce and maintain all policies and procedures under the guidance of the F & B Manager.
• To ensure the proper maintenance and cleanliness of all areas of the restaurant.
• To perform any other duties assigned by the F & B Manager.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
Qualification/Skills:
• At least 5 years relevant experience
• Fluency in both Greek and English languages
• Knowledge of computer software programs (POS)
• Communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage personnel
• Guest oriented and service minded
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
