Aktis is a fast-growing international online start-up in the tourism industry. We are looking for an account manager in our team who will actively find new partners and develop the department.

Job responsibilities:

- Work with partners

  • Search for new partners and negotiate cooperation, conclude contracts
  • Help with registration and account completion
  • Support the work with existing partners: monitor the execution of orders, make mutual payments
  • Maintain a base in CRM Bitrix24
  • Solve urgent issues and possible conflict situations
  • Keep statistics on current work
  • Oversee and optimize your department

- Work with clients

  • Process requests in online chat, by phone and email
  • Enter requests into the system and monitor their status

- Work with the technical department

  • Report on platform functioning, bug alerts

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Our demands and wishes:
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Russian is a must. The knowledge of Greek is also required, at least at the B1 level. Proficiency in other additional languages is an additional plus.
  • Ability to work with a PC. Certainly, it is necessary to be friends with the computer, know the basic office programs and applications (MS Office, Google Drive, mail). The additional plus is knowledge of Bitrix 24, Trello, Scrum methodology.
  • Work experience. We do not consider experience in this particular position to be crucial. What matters is your desire and enthusiasm. Of course, if you have experience as an account or customer manager, it will be an advantage, as well as experience in another organizational / management position or in IT.
