Job responsibilities:
- Work with partners
- Search for new partners and negotiate cooperation, conclude contracts
- Help with registration and account completion
- Support the work with existing partners: monitor the execution of orders, make mutual payments
- Maintain a base in CRM Bitrix24
- Solve urgent issues and possible conflict situations
- Keep statistics on current work
- Oversee and optimize your department
- Work with clients
- Process requests in online chat, by phone and email
- Enter requests into the system and monitor their status
- Work with the technical department
- Report on platform functioning, bug alerts
