TA Specialist – Senior Recruiter (Ref. Code: 722/ 73073)

(One Year Initial Contract)

Job Description

·      Investigates, plans and evaluates  staffing needs

·      Liaises with hiring managers in order to perform position analysis and determine candidates suitability

·      Identifies and sources appropriate talents for current open roles within the organization

·      Identifies future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements

·      Manages the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers

·      Assists with the orientation process for new employees

·      Manages and updates company’s recruitment database systems and files

Candidate Profile

·       Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in a related field such as Business Administration or Human Resources

·       Master’s degree in HR will be considered as an asset

·       Up to four (4) years of experience in recruitment position

·       Experience in assessment centers will be an asset

·       Excellent knowledge of the English language

·       Excellent knowledge of MS Office

·       Demonstrated ability to take accountability and drive for results
