The job requirements for this Business Development Manager role are the following:
  • Deliver new business driven by the company's mission of increasing penetration
  • Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnership
  • Deliver new business using Leverage of existing solutions
  • Create and manage key industry relationships
  • P & L responsibility
  • Explore opportunities to diversify business
  • Managing services relationships
  • Drive the roll out of new customers
The ideal candidate for the role of the Business Development Manager should have the following:
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in a similar role
  • Proven sales track records
  • Great market knowledge
  • Excellent use of the English language (written and oral)
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Entrepreneurial thinking with excellent communication skills
  • Autonomous and self-motivated personality
  • Hands-on Attitude
  • Organised and Methodical
  • Great ability for channel development and customer management
