On behalf of our client a Luxury Boutique Hotel in Mykonos , UWORC is looking for a dedicated and results driven Assistant Housekeeping Manager.
The ideal candidate should have excellent management skills and be able to ensure that housekeeping operations run efficiently by all aspects.
The Role :
• Inspecting work to ensure that the prescribed standards of cleanliness are met.
• Overseeing the daily operations of Housekeeping, managing arrivals, departures, stay overs and extra rooms.
• Investigating and addressing complaints regarding poor housekeeping service.
• Providing training to the housekeeping staff.
• Facilitate positive and effective communication between Housekeeping and Guest Services.
• Assist Housekeeping Manager.

- Hospitality Degree will be considered an asset.
- Previous experience in similar position in luxury brands.
