Company profile:

AllinBlusive is a company operating in Thessaloniki and Halkidiki in Greece which offers VIP private day cruises and weekly chartering. The vast majority of our yachts fleet is exclusively reserved for the clients of the luxurious Resorts of the area and moored in prestigious marinas.

The company recognized and awarded various awards, such as the World's Leading Private Cruise Company over the past years. Also received the Travellers Choice awards and certificate of excellence from Tripadvisor. And the Blue Flag (the only yachting company in the Mediterranean) is willing to expand our crew for the next season and are currently looking for captains to join us. This position will be for the next season from April to October. As we invest in our people, permanent and stable cooperation is an option.

All our yachts are privately owned and maintained by top tier professionals during the year; this makes your day to day life aboard easy, safe and secure.

Using hi-tech technology on our yachts, after every cruise, we disinfect the entire vessel. We are proud to report zero Covid-19 cases to both our crews and guests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS :
  • Day-to-day activities on the yachts at the marina and aboard.
  • Daily cruises with customers, multi-day is also an option.
  • Assistance to Captain during the cruises
  • Day yacht maintenance - cleaning and tidying.
  • FnB Inventory management
  • Serving and light food preparation, (no cooking).
  • Occasional driving the companies VAN for pickups and drop-offs.
  • Ambassador of the company 24/7.
  • Follow the SOPs of the company and the operational guidelines.
  • Strong cooperation as a team with the Captain to provide exclusive services during the cruise.

YOUR PROFILE:
  • Sea enthusiast
  • Positive attitude, welcoming, friendly, and a smile
  • Ability to work and collaborate with a team.
  • Ability to work on various tasks.
  • Clean and tidy appearance.
  • Wanna Be the World's Leading Private Cruise Hostess/Host.
  • Positive attitude, welcoming, friendly, and a smile
  • Good communication skills in English and any other language (German or Russian are a plus)
  • EU citizen (non-EU citizens with a FULL TIME working permit are welcome)
  • Previous experience in food and/or beverage services is preferred but not required
  • Previous experience in yachting and/or marina services is preferred but not required.
  • A driving license is a plus 
  • Motor or sailing yacht license - with or without experience is strongly preferred. 
  • Available to work from April to November. (COVID-19 permitted).
