Payroll Officer
Job Description
• Prepare the payroll for our associates, following both existing labor law and corporate policies.
• Respond on time to all requests of our associates related to their payroll cycle and provide the necessary documentation as required.
• Support the reporting requirements resulted from the above activity to local authorities, to employees and to other institutions as described in the existing labor and insurance legislation.
• Co-operate with payroll team and administrators for payroll issues closely and efficiently.
• Maintain precise and timely kept payroll accounts according to existing requirements of labor and insurance legislation and according to corporate policies.
• Prepare on time accurate and complete reports required by existing labor and insurance legislation.
• Co-operate with the accounting department and the controller so that the company has up-to-date and reliable information concerning the payroll activity.
• Undertake ad hoc projects, such as the implementation of new payroll processes/procedures, etc.
• Prepare final pay letters.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
Candidate Profile
• Bachelor degree
• At least one (1) year of working experience in payroll execution in a company of significant and complex payroll activity
• Knowledge of local labor law and payroll administration
• Excellent knowledge of the English language
• PC-literate (MS-Office applications)
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem solving & analysis
