On behalf of our partner, a Greek multinational company, we are looking for an HR Manager to devise strategies for performance evaluation, recruiting, development, compensation and benefits, etc. and provide sound advice to senior management on all related subjects.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
The eligible candidate will be responsible for the following:
• Developing and implementing corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc. for 5 countries;
• Supporting the human factor in the company by creating strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.;
• Developing & overseeing all HR initiatives, systems and tactics;
• Overseeing and reviewing payroll in collaboration with external provider;
• Serving as the point of contact for employment relations and communicate with labor unions
• Communicating company’s vision, mission and values with the purpose to enhance employees’ alignment and engagement;
• Ensuring managers’ and employees’ compliance with company policies and procedures and governmental regulations;
• Dealing with grievances and violations proceeding to disciplinary action when required;
• Anticipating and resolving litigation risks;
• Reporting to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics;
