Περιγραφή

We are looking to employ an Operations/HR Assistant Manager with outstanding administrative and communication skills. An Operations/HR Assistant Manager is expected to be a conceptual thinker with superb organizational and time management skills. You must be reliable and should accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask and acclimatize in a fast-paced environment.

To ensure success, Operations/HR Assistant Managers should display remarkable conflict management and decision-making skills with a solid understanding of company’s policies, employee relationships, customer interactions, staffing management, and payroll and benefits administration. Top candidates will be superb at problem-solving, efficient in scheduling and precise in the monitoring process.

Operations/HR Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

- Support all internal and external operations related inquiries or requests.
- Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
- Serve as point of contact with hotel managers, company employee’s and partners.
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates,
performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
- Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
- Assist with performance management procedures.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on budget, costs and income.
- Handle routine tasks and customer problems and escalate unusual or high priority items.
- Improve the operations of the business by giving effective, actionable feedback to the operations manager.
- Maintain the correct operation of the business in the absence of the operations manager.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Operations/HR Assistant Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration or operations management or tourism or hospitality or related.
- Effective administration and people management skills.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Strong communication skills, on the phone and in person.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek & English
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related
business and communication tools.
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to accurately follow instructions.
