Job Description:

• Attracting best candidates for the right position
• CV screening
• Interviews scheduling
• Developing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall hotel strategy
• Building a healthy job environment
• Staff budgeting  
• Create a "personality & competencies" map for every position
• Creating and updating job requirements for each position at the company
• Planning training induction for the staff

Applicant's main qualifications:

• University Degree related to Business Studies/Humanistic Studies
• Prior HR experience
• Previous experience in Hospitality industry is desirable
• In-depth knowledge of the Greek Labour legislation
• Computer skills
• Exceptional communication and team work skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
