As a Telesales Team Leader your responsibilities will include:

• management of personnel, including performance monitoring, appraisals and objective setting
• coaching and developing staff with regards to job requirements and customer service skills
• cyclical reporting of team's performance to other countries
• cooperation with sales and management teams
• oversee day-to-day operation, discovering areas of improvement
• demonstrate strong influencing skills to lead by example the teams
• scheduling shifts of the customer service team

• excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• microsoft office skills and ERP platform experience
• 1 year of relevant managerial telesales experience
• highly organized
• ability to meet deadlines through good time
