We are seeking for a dynamic and energetic sales leader with strong sales and leadership skills. In this role, you will be responsible for the executiion of the strategy, in order to expand the business in collaboration with commercial real estate owners.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

The job requirements for this Real Estate Sales Manager role are:
  • Conduct market research, and draw up reports on market/product orientation and business strategies
  • Responsible for business development and research in the field of asset and property management, establish and manage related projects, carry out promotional activities
  • Responsible for identifying, tapping business opportunities and conducting business negotiations with target investors and developers, identifying potential consulting opportunities and providing core real estate services
  • To improve the quality of delivery of cases through putting forward improved optimization strategies, improving the pass and delivery rate at the same time, and then enhance our reputation in the market
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with construction companies or individual property investors in Athens
The ideal candidate for the Real Estate Sales Manager position will be expected to possess the following:
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance or property management field would be appreciated
  • Demonstrated experience in the real estate industry and in property investment/management industry in specific and an owner of a large portfolio of clients
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets, through excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Experience in collaboration with Greek or foreign construction companies for real estate property management
  • Excellent English verbal and written communications skills; knowledge of a second language will be an asset
  • Logical thinking and proficiency in writing, good at drawing up plans and reports, and commercial design experience or background is preferred
