An excellent opportunity for a driven finance professional to join the Group Finance Team of an eminent Healthcare services organization, with opportunities to upskill, expand capabilities and develop his/her career, working closely with top management members and various stakeholders.

The Role:
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts.
• Ensure that Management reporting is compliant with the Financial reporting and all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Use of financial modelling techniques to ensure budget and business plan reviews and updates.
• Streamlining and improving accounting systems and operations.
• Operate reporting in MS office and ERP environments like MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and SAP or alternatives.
• Assist in creating and maintaining Group and Parent Budgets and business plans.
• Assisting the CFO in presenting reports to senior executives, stakeholders, and board members.

• Proven relevant work experience of 3 years; experience in the Healthcare sector will be considered a plus.
• BA/BSc in Economics or Accounting, Finance, MBA or advance degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance.
• Chartered accountant Certification or Analyst Certification similar (ACCA, ACA, CFA, CPA, etc.) would be considered a plus.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in using the MS Office suite.
• Competency in complex Excel functions and modelling scenarios.
• Proficiency in ERP Systems.
• Excellent numeracy skills with the ability to analyse and present complex data.
• Creativity, innovative thinking, communication skills and the ability to cope with a steep learning curve.
• Must be able to function in dynamic environment subject to changes in schedules, priorities, and project scope.
