Our company, a leading International Footwear brand is looking to hire Sales Assistants, for our stores in Cyprus.
Duties:
- Practice professional salesmanship within the guidelines of store policy and department procedures to achieve maximum sales and provide the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Promote total customer service in a friendly way and as the most important consideration in every transaction.
- Maintain a neat, organized and well-stocked merchandise area.
- Communicate stock replenishment needs to Store Manager.
- Develop and maintain product knowledge of merchandise.
- Is aware of and implement store policies and procedures.
- Is responsible for adherence to all loss prevention policies, credit policies and procedures; i.e. credit cards, check approvals, discounts, return and exchange procedures.
- Is responsible for accuracy of sales bill completion.
- Conform to the Company dress code and presents and image that is consistent with the Company standard.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
