Position: Operations Specialist
Department: Operations
Reports to: Operations Manager
Summary of Duties: Responsible for the smooth operation of Tailor-made and Themed tours according to budget.
Our candidates are expected to:
- Confirm options held and accurately book all services required for the successful operation of the tour within the budget set.
- Confirm bookings to the client within the agreed time frame.
- Prepare and check the final arrangements prior to arrival, for any errors or changes (i.e. detailed itinerary timetable etc.).
- Provide accurate reconfirmation and necessary booking details for all suppliers.
- Resolve problems which may occur during the course of a tour.
- Maintain professional relationships with all suppliers and clients at all times.
- Keep track of bookings and update Themed Tours in various online platforms
- General office duties such as inbound or outbound calls, video conferences and email
- Conduct special projects as requested by your manager
- Any other reasonable duties as requested by your manager.
- Investigate and reply to Customer Service issues in a fair and balanced manner
