Περιγραφή

ManpowerGroup, on behalf of its client, a leading Greek company in the cosmetics industry, specializing in the development and exportation of advanced dermocosmetics, is in search of a French Regional Export Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:
The job holder based in Athens, will be responsible for expanding the presence in existing markets, as well as initiate new ones around the world, with focus on French speaking markets. The successful candidate will be assigned the task to liaise with existing and new business contacts, through one to one meetings, personal networking and participation in exhibitions and business trips.

More specifically:

  • Building and maintaining rapport with existing and new customers and identifying new sales opportunities by providing high level of customer service
  • Achieving regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
  • Completing audits and market researches and identifying new market trends
  • Meeting regional sales financial objectives and forecasts
  • Maintaining and expanding customer base by counseling district sales representatives – agents
  • Recommending product lines by identifying new product sales opportunities

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in International Trade, Marketing, Business Administration or in another affiliated field.
  • Previous experience in similar sales or marketing position is a requirement
  • Work experience in the field of exports is a very strong asset.
  • Work experience with cosmetics, or at least consumer goods, is advantageous
  • Native or near native speaker of French
  • English language at a fluent level
  • Availability for frequent travelling abroad is required
  • Ambition to successfully perform in the international arena
  • Organizational, Negotiation, Communication and multitasking skills
  • Good IT, budget and report skills
